I hired Lyons Renovation and Cleaning to power wash my brick paver patio and to fix the brick paver steps. Lyons dismantled the steps and destroyed them beyond reuse. He told me they could not fix or rebuild them and that I needed to buy a landscape block stair kit from a home improvement store which cost $400. Lyons went to Medard's, found the kit which had to be ordered, called me from the store to have me pay for it, picked up the kit which weighs 2,600 lb., and delivered it to my home in late October.
I called Lyons several times to find out when he would return to complete the job and he said he'd be out on Sunday, May 8. He did not show up. I called him Monday, May 9th and he would come out on Sunday, May 15th. I received a TEXT from Lyons on Thursday, May 12th stating that the job was too extensive and that I needed to find a stonemason to complete it.
