STAY FAR FAR AWAY!!!! I'm too embarrassed to say how much they got me for but lets just say I could have bought 2 Teslas!!!! (well at least the base models). They underbid the job, showed up in the beginning, asked for more money , worked a little, asked for more money then nothing. Luis and his son claimed everyone got sick with COVID at Christmas and I haven't seen them since. Always some excuse about truck breaking down, loosing tools, someone dying....blah blah blah. STAY FAR FAR AWAY!!!!

This crew performed great work for one of our properties recently. They did a Full gut rehab project from the start until the completion and the full project was done on time and price as agreed and they left us with a beautiful home. Luis and the crew were very professional and had open communication from the start of the project. We highly recommend them and will use them on all our full rehab projects. K and K several times. The quality of work and level of professionalism has far exceeded my experience with other contractors in the past. They have shown that they are experienced enough to handle work needed throughout the entire interior and exterior of a home. I have worked with them for the past 6 years, and own many rentals, whenever I need a renovation or repair I have been able to count on them. For me and other investors they have done complete Full Remodels, Additions, Kitchens, Bathrooms, Flooring and more. They are timely and always follow through.

During the project , they make sure to communicate updates and make sure that the customer is informed every step of the way. We are very happy and satisfied with work performed by this crew. We gave them one of our properties to renovate a full gut to try them out and see how they work. During the project we had full communication and made sure all work was done correct. When the work was completed we were very satisfied that it is was done nice, on time and agreed price. The buyer will be happy with the finish product. At first we were skeptical about using them due to mixed amount of reviews but we gave them an opportunity to see what they can do and we are impressed. They followed the contract they made and did exactly what they said in materials and labor and followed payment schedule. We will continue using them on our flips and rentals.
