If you're looking for a contractor, I would suggest avoiding this one. Despite starting off friendly, he becomes greedy and unresponsive once you've signed the contract. He doesn't take the time to answer your questions and instead just tells you that he's been in the business for a long time. If he can't answer basic questions, it doesn't seem like he's cut out for this line of work. He's also terrible with time management. If he says he's coming on Monday, don't expect him to actually show up until later in the week. And when he does come, he often leaves his trash behind. It's been almost two months since I signed the contract, and he's not even close to finishing the job. There's trash all over my garage, and I can't even walk through it. The material is still cluttering up my living room and bedroom, and my stairwell is dusty. This has been an awful experience, and I wouldn't recommend hiring this contractor.
