Please do not use! They will scale you. Send small truck . Then will move slow so the will make multiple trips . A 300 job turn in over $700. Be ware
2 guy's and a truck: Hello sure, We brung the teuck size you was qouted based off your inventory you told me. and we do apologize that you did not tell me everything you had to get a bigger truck. Secondly lets be 100 percent honest i gave you a flatrate at $300.00 and you tip the guys $20.00 a piece. Please dont make big things up like that saying you paid $700.00 dollars. If you can please put the invoice email confirmation qoute and payment on here you will not show that because it exposes you are totally not a honest customer making bad reviews like we are scammers.
I really wish I had seen the reviews on this company before I hired them. I agreed to pay $290 for the first two hours and another $90 per hour after that. They completely scammed me by bringing a tiny van, thereby ensuring they would need to make multiple trips to the storage unit. They rented the tiny van from budget for the day. WTF? I should have sent them away when I saw it. I don't have much stuff and pay-by-the-hour moves have only ever cost me around $300. This one cost $700 and they refused to move one of my couches even though I asked them repeatedly to take it. They broke furniture, didn't have plastic wrap for delicate items like old dressers, and did a horrible job organizing the stuff in the van and in the storage unit. I asked if they would be able to help me dissemble a loft bed and the booking guy said yes but then the guys were salty about it and seem to have broken the bed. They didn't eat all day and then complained about being tired. What a waste of time and money.
2 guy's and a truck: I do apologize and we give you a inventory and you had alot more items than you listed. I asked to come and do a estimate you said my house is a lil junky, I said ok send a list. Just like Uhaul we give you a truck or van based off your bedroom snd inventory. In the near future we are going to make changes to make customers so we dont run i to this problem
My friend described them as “in competition with who can do less work”. My building manager described them as “slow” and “sitting in their van on the phone for a while”. I will describe them as verbally aggressive if you mention any of this to them. Left early before finishing the job after getting upset and verbally abusive when called main guy on the laziness.
Absolute trash! DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE OR GIVE THEM YOUR ADDRESS!
2 guy's and a truck: We had to call the police on these guys they scammers and violent agressive and on drugs. We had to call the police on them to get our money which we worked for and deserved and qouted them.
