If you have not filed your taxes for any number of years, we can help you get caught up. We can file as far back as you need. If you have incorrectly filed returns, we can amend any returns that need amending. Keep in mind that you can only have three years to claim your refunds before the statute of limitations expires.
I usually get a power of attorney form from the client, and then call the IRS to determine exactly what has and hasn't been filed and determine what the next course of action should be. I do not charge until you decide to move forward with my tax preparation assistance.
