If you are in need of any electric or plumbing work done , I can save you some money.
I have experience on both areas.
I am not licensed on any, but have fully wired entire houses, installed and wired panels to breakers and set up outlets and switches, plumbed entire houses with sewer and water lines, and have fixed many
Plumbing issues.
Have learned from licensed individuals.
I am just trying to help people and help myself with a few bucks. I know how to do many other things but i feel these two areas, are where people are asked too much money for small projects or even big ones.
I usually renovate and flip houses but I am in between projects .
I do not unclog sewer lines or toilets, as it is not something i have all the equipment for.
But anything else, such as installing water heaters, tankless water heaters, electrical panels,fixtures etc. It is part of what i can do among other things.
