Nesting Instinct provides full-service housekeeping at reasonable rates.

I clean from the tops of the chandeliers to the corners of the hardwoods, to the outdoor grill and deck, and everything in between. I maintain all aspects of the laundry, including delicates, and linens. I handle all trash, including the composting and recycling, and keep the refridgerator and all other appliances clean. I have 25+ years experience.

I'm looking to fill these cleaning spots: every Friday for 4-5 hours, and every other Tuesday, 4-5 hours.

My rates are as follows:

- $27/hour for monthly, or one-time cleaning including move-in/out cleans

- $25/hour for bi-weekly cleaning

- $22/hour for weekling cleaing

I bring a Miele vacuum, soft rags, and all supplies.
