This guy charged me $2,500, he never personally showed up to the job. His workers did 1% of the job before walking off the job. I’m lucky to be married to an attorney as now I have to sue him but I sure wish he were not a con artist.

Horrible experience. Juan took my job and then subbed the work to someone he found on craigslist. The guy came to my house high on something and began putting joint compound all over the walls. It was a disaster. After being there for less than an hour the guy then got into a fight with Juan on the phone over money and I had to throw him out of my house. I should have told Juan i did not want to work with him anymore but he promised to make it right. Juan sent two more workers to my house to fix the mess. Because the crackhead he sent the day before used so much spackle there was so much more sanding than necessary and the house was covered in dust. The guys Juan sent to finish the job were to paint and install molding. Paint came out terrible and they didnt know the difference between base and crown molding and were told to leave before finishing, both also incapable of doing what I hired him to do. Juan and Perfecto Remodel is a Joke. Do not use his company for anything!

I used PERFECTO REMODEL to clean my swimming pool and the surrounding area. I liked how the guys did their job. Super punctual, clean, and professional. Great!
Juan painted exterior of our house in Westbury. He selected the color scheme for our garage door which came out nice. Very competitive price, excellent quality, arrived on time, completely cleaned up and returned all my belongings to their original locations. I'm satisfied with quality and timeliness of job.
