The charge which I thought was a bit excessive was $375 for a single run. The single connection to my office is very unstable. I kept troubleshooting it on the computer side assuming their cable run was fine. Afterwards I decided to go in the attic where they ran the cable to a switch and noticed the cable crimping was TERRIBLE. I then called DCP to address the issue and was told they would come back out for an additional $100. I sent them pictures of their VERY SHODDY WORKMANSHIP and now they have ceased to communicate. After that I decided to check the rest of the run. There is a huge hole in my wall inside the house. Outside where they caulked that is also incomplete and goes directly into my house. They are rude and do NOT know what customer service is. I have attached pictures of their work. DO NOT USE THEM. FIND ANOTHER CONTRACTOR!!!
