“In 2009, Shawn Hughes became an Elvis ETA in Northern California. Since the second grade, Shawn loved music and quickly became a lifelong Elvis fan. Even as new artists emerged, Elvis remained his favorite. Shawn does his best to stay true to the Legend by using costumes from B&K Enterprises as well as guitars from Gibson, Fender and Gretsch. He even researched to hunt down the same guitar models Elvis used.

Some of Shawn’s most memorable Elvis ETA moments were earning a 2012 Top Ten Finalist for Images of The King Contest, being featured with Kourtney Kardashian, from The Kardashians tv show, in the Daily Mail UK and other entertainment web sites, and being heard in the San Francisco Bay Area on The Fernando and Greg Morning Radio Show on Movin 99.7. Shawn enjoys giving back to the local community by performing at charity events such as the ALS Sacramento, Susan G. Komen Association and the American Heart Association with Malou Nubla. He continues to hone his skills by performing at church festivals, weddings, birthday parties, and car shows such as Mopars by the Bay, along with corporate parties for companies such as Yardsellr, 1st United Services Credit Union, and The Fremont Chamber of Commerce. Shawn keeps Elvis’ memory alive by continuing to pay homage to him, a true American legend.”
