We used this mover because of their online ratings and they were recommended to us. After having used their service, I can in no way recommend them. Their packing process left a lot to be desired. Items that needed no protection were over wrapped and taped to the point of needing scissors to get them undone. Items that needed protection either had none or very little and were just thrown in a box. Several of our items were broken or gouged and scratched. Dry cleaning and other clothing was crammed in boxes instead of being hung in wardrobe boxes. They need to remind employees that client's homes are to be respected and are not public restrooms. We had a situation where an employee clogged an upstairs toilet causing an overflow situation. There were several delays in unloading our belongings because paperwork was not in order and they spent quite a bit of time on the phone with their attorney. Overall, this was a very bad experience and I can not recommend their services in any way.

In 31 years, we have moved 22 times. Our experience has ranged from sub-standard and atrocious to excellent. I can honestly and happily say JoMo did a superior job!
They were courteous, friendly and extremely patient. They were very considerate about a few items I was particularly concerned about, and then took extra care handling them.
I have not found a single scratch or dent and thus far, have found nothing broken in a box - not even a corner of a box was crushed as does happen a lot.
I would highly recommend Joshua and his crew to anyone with any type move.
