Ron arrived within 25 minutes and neatly opened the door and changed the cylinder on the lock. After 5-7 minutes I kept two copies of the new keys from my apartment. The work was done so quietly and quickly that I'm sure that did not cause any inconvenience to my neighbors. I saved their number for the future and I recommend everyone do it as well.

I hired Jack to re-key the locks on our rental unit Philadelphia. He came the next day and was on time and courteous. He checked out the quality of the existing locks and made a recommendation to upgrade them for safety. I didn't feel any pressure to change the deadbolts, but Jack took the time to show me why the locks should be upgraded and I agreed it was the right decision for the unit.
