Awesome experience. He was punctual, professional and pricing was fair. I had a tv installed over my fireplace. There was a little difficulty with the installation due to an issue with the tv and needing to go through brick to mount but he worked through that. I'd definitely recommend him if you are looking for an experienced and professional installer for your home entertainment needs.

I scheduled a tv mount over a week ago. The night before I sent a reminder to which he responded he would be there. HE NEVER SHOWED UP and later responded he double booked. After 2 days of trying to reschedule and getting the run around, I gave up. There are more dependable and responsive installers out there. Don’t waste your time with Joe.

Fred's TV: Scheduling can certainly be a challenge in the service business. We can get backed up for a number reasons such as traffic, the customer not having the right parts, or the customer needing additional services which delays us and getting to the next job. Unfortunately you got caught in a week, where I got delayed and one was unable to get you on our schedule the appointment. I left you a voicemail message and told you I could come on Friday or all day on Saturday. I also told you I was having delays in my schedule, so I’m very surprised at your reaction and the time you’re spending and posting negative reviews about scheduling. My work is very good. I’m glad that you’re able to find somebody else.

I bought a new air conditioner but I don't give a damn how to mount it so I called to Mr Home Guy. I've got an estimate almost immediately, then the worker came and did his job in almost no time. I can't be happy more. Thank you!
