DO NOT HIRE ANTWAN ANDERSON /PRESTIGE MOVERS To begin with, THEY ARE NOT INSURED FOR PROPERTY DAMAGE.
My furniture suffered extensive damage during the moving process. He stated that I would be completely compensated by filing a claim with his insurance company for all damages.The move was completed, Antwan was paid, CLAIM WAS FILED AND DENIED DUE TO THE PROVISION FOR PROPERTY DAMAGE BEING EXCLUDED FROM THE INSURANCE POLICY. My next step will be litigation. Antwan if you are reading this, SEE YOU IN COURT.
Do not use this company! I am warning you ... this was the worst move & I’ve moved around quite a lot. First, Antwan & his friends arrived about 1hr late, he then asked me if I had tools to take my furniture apart, & now that I need to put my furniture back together, he has NO IDEA where the screws are. How did you not bring tools when you’re supposed to be a moving company .. and, how am I supposed to put my furniture back together? Once I brought this to his attention, he has been completely unresponsive & I have not heard from him since. Please save yourself, as I unfortunately wish I would have done by not using Antwan & his friends. Very unprofessional business practices.
