Cheyenne Signo also go with other names: Shantall, Bruno, J&S Handyman; steals from people by providing a very low estimate of the job, then taking 50% before the work and showing fake company insurance. Once you give him or his accomplice (Chris), 50% payment; Cheyenne will disappear. He will reply to your call and message till money is cleared. Afterwards, he will block you and stop replying to you. This happened with me in New Jersey. I filed a police complaint against him in New Jersey. He is scamming people everywhere. Be careful.
