Best moving experience so far. This was our first time hiring a moving company and Tdy moving & storage was thorough, transparent and very friendly. On the day of the move, the crew showed up on time and was very friendly and careful with our stuff. They managed to carry our very heavy sofa bed up two flights of stairs (it wouldn't fit in the elevator). Yes, they are that dedicated. If we have to move again, and I hope it won't be for a while, we will most definitely use Tdy moving & storage.
We had several quotes from other moving companies but only Tdy moving came close to our tight budget. On the day of the move and his team made everything go so smoothly that it wasn’t half as stressful as I thought it would be. Our stuffs were packed with good technique and safely loaded. They were incredibly accommodating as I needed some other furniture to pick from a furniture showroom on the way to our new property. Not a single scratch, no damage, everything fragile was handled carefully. This is the second move I have done with them - excellent service.
After talking with sales rep of Tdy moving, I decided to go with them. It was proved to be the best decision ever. They did everything to make sure we are happy. Movers showed up on time, did a great job while packing and moving, stored everything perfectly and took less than the allotted time and charged less than the initial quote. My friend gave me their number. It was him who convinced me to use Tdy Moving. So, I called them and talked with their sales rep. They very keen to know about the details of my move and noted down my requirements and within an hour submitted a quote which was within my reach. I booked Tdy Moving for my apt move. They sent the movers on time at the moving day. Movers wrapped and boxed everything, carefully moved the fragile items, completed the move before the allotted time and helped us storing everything at the new place. There was no delay, no hidden cost and no damage, nothing which bothered at all. So, I recommend Tdy moving & storage for such service
I hired Tdy Moving for my last move, they conducted a perfect move. They maintained their timings, they finished the job as fast as possible and their skills were unlike anything I've ever seen. Even the delivery truck pulled up in front of my new house right on schedule. I checked the inventory and absolutely nothing was missing, broken or damaged. They didn't charge me astronomically for this perfect move. I will stick to Tdy Moving from now on for sure.
