The absolute worst company ever. Cancels appointments without telling you, left me stranded. The woman on the phone barely speaks English. This company is complete garbage. Anyone who uses these animals are more insane than the people running this Company.
THEY NEVER SHOWED UP! I wish I could leave the 0 stars. I made it clear that I could only move into my building M-F, 9-5. They were scheduled on a Fri from 2-5. When they did not show up on time I contacted them and was told the movers were 35min away. Things got worse from there. For 3 hours they kept telling me someone was on their way.... They were sending a diff moving crew....They'll be there soon....Someone showed up at 5pm! I was not able to move at this time. And I was only moving 3 blocks away!!! They don't take responsibility for their ignorance, but it is their logistics that failed and giving me incorrect information that made me think someone would arrive at any moment, that's why I didn't just starting carrying boxes the 3 blocks over to my new apt. Then they had the balls to ask if I wanted to reschedule on Monday and they would offer me a 10% discount. LMAO- YAH RIGHT!!!!
