I was let down just 2 days earlier of my house move by another moving company who was even very unprofessional in the way canceled my move. Then I found TDY MOVING & STORAGE. They picked up the call and understood our problem. I was so surprised that they managed to give us a schedule. Their team was fantastic! Arrived very early in the morning and very professionally and quickly packed all our belongings. The job was done within the allocated time. They are really a savior for us and we are lucky that we didn’t have to deal with the previous company. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone and would definitely give them a call in my next move.
Previously I used to tell no good about the movers. My every moving experience with several moving companies was ridiculous. I used to call them money suckers. TDY Moving and Storage stands out of them. I love their polished approach to work. They made immediate response after getting my query. They sent the estimate on time, followed me up regularly without disturbing me and fixed a perfect date for moving. That was the nice negotiation part of the story. On action it was more charming to face them. They were well equipped and prepared. Seeing them wrapping, packing and boxing my stuffs was an amusement. My new place was decorated with my stuffs even before the deadline. It was worthy to take them and spend the money for their service.
Who knew one could find a friend among the movers while moving from NY to TN? That’s exactly what happened to me. I hired TDY MOVING & STORAGE because they seemed cost effective. The four movers arrived right on time. The foreman was a great man. He had 15 years of moving experience and was directing the other movers very aptly. He was always smiling. I struck up a conversation with him and we really hit it off. Not being partial, but the movers really did a good job. They were efficient, attentive and skilled. All my belongings were delivered to Tennessee in great condition. I’m still in contact with their rep and he has become a great friend. I recommend hiring this company very highly.
The movers were fantastic. They were so quick and really could maneuver my extremely heavy, large pieces upstairs, around bends, and where they needed to go. If there is a next time, I am going to use their packing services. They wrapped everything to protect it. they took the beds apart, doors off the hinges and when he was done it was like my beds magically appeared in my new home. We had 7 guys and they are great workers....they just kept going. They made me tired watching them. They had it down to a system. I would/will definitely use them again.
I used this company several times and they always came good. Actually they never gave me any chance to complain. These guys are really awesome. They are highly experienced and equally committed.
