Instead of hurting your body and putting you in pain, these exercises will help your body stretch, expand, and become stronger and more flexible through carefully designed body movements that have been researched at the University of Oregon. If you are living alone or want to maintain your independence as an adult, this is the perfect program for you! It is the ONLY tai chi program that has been certified by the Center for Disease Control (CDC) to reduce the risk of falls by more than 50%, and it is sponsored and approved by National Council on Aging (NCOA), a non-profit group that provides resources to improve the lives of seniors.
