I have 25+ years working with all of the construction trades. As a recent Mechanical Engineering graduate my technical understanding of best building practices and appliance systems has greatly improved. Schooling had demanded all my focus hence the reason I'm currently seeking work until I find employment in my field of study.
I've remodeled bathrooms and kitchens as well as repaired appliances and vehicles. I prefer to specialize in electrical and plumbing but will consider any job.
Rates: 35/hr for construction and landscaping.
45/hr for plumbing and electrical.
