Type of property: Cape. Age of property: 51 - 100 years old. Number of stories: Two-story building. Property square footage: 1,000 - 2,000 sq ft. Project detailed description: I need my home roof to be evaluated and also my garage and lookin to put in a 1/2 bath in the cellar. I don't know if you do concrete work, but I could use a couple of slabs for my driveway. Existing plans: No existing plans, but have a good idea of what I want.
