Where's the choice for ZERO stars? These people are scammers. They took my sister's deposit of $4500 and never showed up, then blocked her calls.
BEWARE!! THEY TAKE THE DEPOSIT AND LEAVE THE REAL MOVERS HIGH AND DRY!! Im still waiting for refund 2770$ for no service given on Jan 18, 2021..I was forced to cancel due to movers refusing to do service without payment. Customer service was rude and even hung up on me during my request for a refund after that ordeal. REALLY COLD AND NONCARING BUSINESS AND THEY ARENT EVEN REALLY NEEDED. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND HIRE MOVERS DIRECTLY YOURSELF!!
I don’t know who wrote these are the reviews but I can tell you right now if I could give them zero stars I would. Suddenly our cost went way up. Moving from New Hampshire to Florida with this company is a nightmare. Suddenly no one returned your call either. The salesman was a sleazebag and a snake! We paid $5000 and today we were told we need an additional $9000 on top of it! Can’t make this up. It’s not the movers fault it’s the company and their stupidity! We are beyond livid! We will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and any state representatives that will listen to us. What they do is criminal! Do not use this company. We are not the only one with bad reviews. Read the reviews and listen to the people.
The crew did wonderful job getting my mother moved to a Senior Living. We were on a tight time restraint with Senior Living hours and they were able to accommodate. Relocation is always hectic and I can only imagine how hard it must be for people who do it every day. I have so much respect for the movers from Alliance Movers. They really do the job well. I own a lot of valuables and I almost felt bad for them when they had to pack everything and carry my heavy pieces of furniture. But they did everything with such ease. I received the delivery on schedule as well. I surely will miss my old place but it was good of the movers to make my move easier. Thank you!
Great moving company if you’re moving out of Boca Raton. Alliance Movers picked up my belongings last week, kept it in their warehouse in Boca Raton and delivered it yesterday. The job went well. Thank you for great job.
