Zero stars. Keeps trying to follow me around on social media and online like some little disgruntled ex-employee, more than 2 years after I hired him for a small, last minute window job. Shower door I think. It was all of $1,000, which I should've paid him in all pennies so he could count it because it looks like he really needed the money. He then got "upset" that we didn't have the time to pay him the $1000 in cash he wanted, and it was more convenient to just write him a check at the time, so I spent an hour out of my day going to the bank and getting him $1,000 so he could get out of my way and I could put my property on the market. We then gave him a bad review on Yelp for his customer service.

He didn't stop there though, after our bad review, he then called himself making so called "threats" via messages, which we then turned over to the authorities because come to find out he was an ex-con on parole.

Just do yourself a favor and hire a real glass company.

If I could give more stars I would great overall guy did exactly what he said he’d do and I have my window fixed off to work now...thanks

Fraud! Fraud!! Fraud!!! Run before it's too late!!!!
The tech came out looked at my windows and made all the promises in the world. However, he did a very crappy job. It was so poor that we just couldn't overlook it. How can a tech fix window and all the frames are not glued down, the excess glue was all over the glass. All we ask was for him to come and fix the issues with his work. That's when he started trying to bully us into paying him for the crappy job. He finally decided to remove his windows and everything broke as he was removing them (inferior windows). And he refused to re-install my old windows. What a relief to know that we were not bullied into paying for an inferior product that was not properly installed.

If you want peace of mind don't even talk to these frauds.
