Gave him a $1023.60 deposit for above ground pool liner. Never came and does not answer texts. Total Scam Artist.

I started with him in January 2023, told him my main concern was the amount of lumps in bottom of pool needed to be sanded/smoothed out. Other important part was I wanted to be up/running by 5/1/23. I signed a contract gave him a deposit. In March 2023 reached out via text asking if we were on schedule response was "yes hun." So many things went wrong with this not enough room to explain all of it. $2000 liner compromised (torn), installed incorrectly/falling off one side of wall as well. Cut out liner left it for ME to clean up. Sand for bottom of pool was 3 bags of my grandchildren's play sand. Response from him was "wanted to make sure we had enough" THAT" would have required him to bring some with him which he did not. UNPROFESSIONAL/RUDE took my money approx. $2500 and then said to fix it but it would cost an additional $1,250.99. Not a chance. I started suit. THIS GUY SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO BE IN BUSINESS he is disgraceful.

Beware Scammer Uses 2 company names 2 personal names and 2 phone numbers.. Sold me a Pool Liner not the one I wanted. Installed started filling the pool with water Liner fell down and wall buckled. Got paid $1713.60. Contacted him to redo. Said no. He was getting a lawyer and could not communicate with me. Said he was a professional tech court would believe him and I would pay his court cost. No tools, emptied my own pool and no contractor bags all part of the services. Very unprofessional and Rude.

Other business number is 6099544327 for his Montclair business CALLED Pool Service and Management, LLC. He has tons of fake reviews. Do not use this service. he is a professional scammer, extremely rude, unprofessional, doesn't bring tools, doesn't do a good job and doesn't finish the job.

DO NOT HIRE THIS FRAUD AND LIAR.
This guy contracted with me to supply and install a Loop Loc pool cover with anchors. He did supply a cover but it was not the Loop Loc brand we contracted for and he didn’t measure properly so there is a three foot section of the pool that isn’t covered. He told me he could order a panel and he could return and sew it on himself , this was very suspect to me but he swore he would return in a few days and everything would be fine. I called the manufacturer to verify what he told me and they said that was impossible. I called David and told him what the manufacturer told me and he became very belligerent and told me I had no business calling the manufacturer ( what ????). I have not been able to contact him since then as his phone goes directly to voicemail and he hasn’t responded to my requests for a call back. He is a liar, a fraud and a cheating con man. Do yourself an enormous favor and stay away from this guy
