Sent invoice for $500 for brick work. Wanted$250 deposit which I sent. When work was done they said deposit was in addition to $500. Very sketchy. Would give score of -100 if I was able.
They take advantage of the sick and elderly! This company was hired by my elderly mother to remove a doorway and expand it by a few inches in order to accommodate my handicap father. Owner gave a quote over the phone of $300 but while at the home inspecting the repair needed quoted $400 and wanted a deposit of half ($200) before work could begin, which was paid that day. My mom received an invoice for $250 a couple days later (before work began) and when she asked why it was more, Ms. McCall stated she had quoted her $450. She did not. My mom didn't protest and paid the total amount. The crew showed up a few days later and made the repair to the bedroom doorway and removed the door. They left the door and door frames in front of the house for 2 weeks and have never returned to put the door frames back up; therefore, the job is still incomplete. We have reached out several times with no replies. Poor quality and poor customer service.
