R & M Moving Company LLC

I left this review in yelp and came to warn people here too. Don’t go with this company if you love your furniture. They scratched up our new couch and now it looks terribly old. They dragged and pulled it down the stairs and through the front door. They said they will contact their insurance to fix the damages, but heard nothing for weeks now from them or their phony insurance. Even damaged walls here and there due to pull and tugging. I will wait to hear from them on the damages, then maybe I can increase the stars here, but I doubt I will ever here back from them after so many calls! Overall, I regret calling this guys, especially since we had to turn down another company my husband had found. Never again!

If I could leave zero stars, that’s what this com would get!!! I would not use this company again!!! They damaged my walls and my wood floors. Did not leave me a copy of my paid receipt and when I asked they said they would send me a copy, it’s been over a week and still have not received my receipt and when I try calling the owner ignors my calls. They take your money and will not return calls. I guess I’ll have to take them to court. I don’t like to bad mouth people but, this is a horrible company! Do. It waste your money because in the end they’ll end up costing you more money for the repairs!

I needed to move from Detroit to Toledo in a few days. And R & M Moving Company was able to do it. They came to me at 5 am, packed all my stuff and did moving in some hours. Then they helped with move in cleaning and unpacked all boxes. Great job guys. Thank you so much!

Friendly staff! On time and cheerful. Will use them if I need to move again.
