They were paid 2000 to store my things for 4 months, got my job back in late Sept and called the Movers on Nov 15th who I had just paid on Nov 1. They, well the owner Sam, ghosted me after several calls. Turns out everything that I own was auctioned off. The Movers had put my things in Public Storage and then Never Paid. We lost everything we own. Sam stole it because I found out that he happened to open a storage unit himself, the same day he stored my things. I am devastated. Dependable Moves was the company and turns out the owner, Samaam "Sam" Said , has run at least 8 other companies in 2 states and 6 have an F rating with the BBB due to complaints. Dependable Moves, Reliable Moving Professionals, Wizard Home Services, Dependable Home Services, Dependable MOVERS and The Moving Wizard, all operating out of Alexandria, VA and he had two companies in Gaffney, SC, also called The Moving Wizard and Cleaning and Moving Professionals. I'm devastated.

not a friendly person literally had to call 15 ti,es in a week only for him to call me back and complain that I call too much
DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS. SAM SAID IS A FRAUD.
