I can’t even give 1/2 Star, very unprofessional and canceled at last minute becasue we didn’t want 3 movers only 2. We were to move to FL the day they canceled, they messaged us and said that they were not a packing company so everything needed to be broke down and packed which it was but still, also the night before messaged us to up charge for stairs that was never told to us weeks prior when we hired them. You get what you pay for and they are not worth a dollar. Don’t waste your time.
My family was counting on this moving company to help with a move between nursing homes. On the day before the move, I was told we would have to arrange for the U-Haul. This last minute change was unprofessional and unexpected. Very disappointing and stressful to experience in an already stressful situation.
Unprofessional, rude, dishonest. Avoid at all costs.
