Veteran owned. We offer general cleaning services for residents and businesses seeking weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or one time move-out services. We will work with residents and businesses to meet your cleaning needs to the best of our abilities. General cleaning includes: mopping, vacuuming, dusting, mirrors, toilets, bathtubs, and showers. Special cleaning items include: Stove and refrigerators. We also offer carpet cleaning services. We look forward to serving you!
General cleaning services: Up to 1100 square feet: $70-1 bedroom/1-bath/1-kitchen, $90.00: 2- bedroom/1-bath/1-kitchen, $110.00: 3-bedroom/1-bath/1-kitchen. $20.00 for each extra bedroom/bathroom and every 500 square feet over 1100 square feet. Appliances: Oven: $40.00, Fridge: $25.00, Microwave: $15.00. Additionally, if you do not need all the general services listed it is $15.00 for each service. Will work with client on items not listed needing cleaning as well. Special cleaning items: $20.00 each. Carpet Cleaning Services: $80.00 for 3 bedrooms up to 2000 square feet. Extra rooms, hallways, and stair cases are $15.00 each. If you need a deeper clean due to stains like pet stains please add $10.00 for each room, hallway, and staircase etc.
