* I have a 23 point + maintenance checklist that takes into consideration both the inside * outside of the boiler system. pH and TDS of system water, Manifold pressure, Combustion analysis, all adjustments, system chemicals for corrosion are but a few.. I also check the home or building for gas leaks, CO. I send you a written report on the system after I am done.

I can determine specifications for the companies to bid on, advise you on the best company with regard to the bids, Inspect the work as it goes in as well as advise you on issues that may come up. You can't know enough about this type of heating system, at some point you will need to trust someone. Trust me!

* I can inspect a system for you on short notice. Determine its' capabilities and how to improve it.
