As the Wedding Coordinator on the day of the wedding, White Pumpkin’s involvement will begin one month before the couple's wedding date. Couple and Coordinator will meet to review wedding vendor contracts and talk details of the day. A detailed wedding day time line is developed then distributed to all the vendors by the Coordinator.

This is the perfect opportunity for vendor questions regarding the venue and the day to be clarified. As part of this service, the Coordinator will attend the final meeting at the couple's venue with their catering manager. At the rehearsal the wedding party will have the opportunity to meet the Coordinator and get clarification on wedding day questions. If the ceremony officiate is not able to conduct the rehearsal, the rehearsal will be directed by White Pumpkin. Call us!
