ZERO faith in this company. Was quick to communicate with us in setting up the job and coming to collect money for parts and labor. But since that time, I have yet to hear from the mechanic in WEEKS. Run away from this company. I will be filing a police report, this man is a Theif!

Type of property: Residential. Fence/gate length: Over 250 feet. Fence/gate height: 6 feet. Type of repairs: Post needs replacement, Fence is leaning or sagging, Gate is leaning or sagging, Fence sections need replacement, Fence needs repainting or restaining, Gate hinge or opening mechanism is broken/slow. Type of gates: No, the gate(s) open manually. Beginning of services: As soon as possible. Additional info: This is a customer of mine and I have inspected the fence and have a full list of repairs with materials needed. I am looking for a contractor/handyman/crew to perform the work, but need an estimate first. 400 Linear feet, 4x4 Posts have severe rotting causing the fence to lean and sag significantly in multiple locations. Estimated 50 posts (entire length of fence) need replacement, approximately 20-40 2x4 rails need replacement, approx. 10-30 pickets need replacement, 1 single gate needs hardware replacement. Once repairs are complete, Pressure wash and staining/waterproof treatment is needed. Based on this information, what is a rough estimate of labor cost to REPAIR list above? Also a full REPLACEMENT estimate. Thank you Matthew Martin.
