Do not use! We “confirmed” a small move of just some furniture for last Sunday and after communicating with us and promising to be there by noon never showed up. We called, texted, everything we could think of. By 2pm we gave up and had to move the furniture ourself, which I was hoping to avoid was it’s multiple flights of stairs with couches and my dad is 62 with bad joints and back. Totally unprofessional. No apology, nothing.
