They came. They moved. That‘s about it. the rest was underwhelming at best.
my biggest issue with these movers are that they‘re disorganized and slow.
i had a very simple 1 bedroom move that required assembly of 2 beds, 2 drawers and one table. The job should have taken 5 hrs AT MOST. Instead, it took 9 hrs!!!. Even though I CLEARLY communicated with the movers that they need to assemble ikea furniture, they didn’t bring tools to do so. cut to 2 guys sharing 1 screwdriver.
in the end, I paid for their negligence. About 4hrs additional work and overtime and other surcharges (That’s about $700 more than I had been quoted!!!)
that’s the issue with this company. You just can’t trust that what they say is what they’ll do. Oh, and they have NO customer service. So don’t even bother complaining about it or trying to get your money back
Best movers ever! Great moving experience! They were on time, wore masks whole time, and they were so fast and helpful! I had a very large amount of stuff, including furniture, clothes, rugs, TVs, etc, and they had special boxes and wrapping equipment for everything. I would highly recommend them to anyone moving during Covid19 (or at any time). On the way to drop off we stop by furniture store at no extra charge. I've got an amazing picture.
Truly exceptional services provided by BestWest !!! I cant be happier I have decided to go with this company because they really know what they are doing, from customer service to the actual workers who were so careful and fast at the same time with all of my belongings. Will recommend for anybody ! Great job guys !
