My name is james I have a shop in long branch nj. I had a 2012 E 350 diesel. With a engine fan issue. The engine fan would not turn off it would allways stay running. The dealer changed the fan assembly & it worked for about 2 days. Then same. The dealer wanted to much money to re check it. Meanwhile they should of did the diagnostic for free since they MISS DIAGNOSED it the first time. Now note. That fan was not cheap. Ok I found pat. He really came out of his way. Pretty far from where he ussaly services. But I explained my situation & he wanted to help. So he came ran some tests. He found the engine computer was faulty. Instead of buying new from the dealer. With is well over a grand. He has someone who can get one that’s good so we can clone it. He made a big headache a lot easy for us. Also at a well reasonable price. Prompt service gave me options to help us out. I will be calling him for any Mercedes benzs & sprinter issues I may have. Thanks Patrick. Could not ask for more.

Just wanna support my benz guy( pat) & update his last repair fir me. I took my sons 2002 CL 500 to him. In BIG BOLD RED MESSAGE ACROSS THE DASH READ SEAT BACK REST NOT LOCKED. even thou both seats are latchd still this message. Stays up & can’t read anything. Miles. Any messages in the inst cluster. So any malfunctions he won’t know. Pat knew the problem b4 he even cked it. There are sensors mounted to the seat frame that tell the module the seats locked. Being it’s a coupe when seats folded forward it will slide up so the rear passanger can get in. ( Mercedes flashy option ) JUNK. Now these sensors are not sold seprate it’s part of the frame. Labor alone would be well over $500 my son can get his lazy ass out and move the seat. Pat knew away to remove this message. Since the coupe and sedan are allmost the same car. He coded it as a sedan so no sensor is looked for. No dash message is on. Great tech knows a lot. Saved me a lot of $$ he re programed it, caint knock him he’s good !!

Hi I drive a 2008 Mercedes CL 550. I had a audio issue I would loose the sound and right before I would loose the sound the sound would crackle. I brought it to to radio shop. They told me a needed a amp. ( not cheap ) I found one used for $1200. They installed it. It was ok for a few days. But when it was working it still wasent 100 % right. I found Patrick. We spoke over the phone he walked me threw some settings. & as we were talking the radio went out. ( same thing ) I brought it back to the shop. Don’t get me wrong this shop is great. They done a lot of work for me. But maybe this one was out of the league. ( small word) they gave me patricks number. Told me he’s the Mercedes go to guy. We use him a lot. Ok. So he came down ran some tests he explained to me. Which was news to me. The system is fiber optic. After tests and inspects He found one of the optical cabels bent. So intermit light would not pass causing a audio fault. He explained to me how it wrks. Great tech. Ty pat

Hi my name is murry. One of my cars is a Mercedes Benz 2004 S class. It’s a S500 4 matic. It’s all wheel drive. Car runs great has 80 something thousand miles. My wife noticed when making a full turn ( such as a U turn ) left or right doesn’t matter. There is a vibration threw out the whole car. I was told by three different mechanics I needed a transfercase. Now not one can explain to me what it was that was causing this. “ it was just bad “ also one guy said I needed all mounts engine and transmission mounts. I waited it got worse. Some one gave me Patrick’s number , cause at moment I had a emergency repair. That a local guy did for me but was not able to code it. So my head light was not working. He came programed it & I asked him to drive It . He said it feels like the transfercase & took time to explain how it works. It’s for the 4 matic. He told me flush it there’s new oil the dealer knows about it. So I did like he said. fixed. Great tech. Save me $$. He’s hard to get he busy

hey pat just wanted to check in and support you & also thank you for my daughters car. It’s a hundred percent better then before. I’m gonna take your advice about having the wheels re finished untill the weather gets a bit warmer. Like you said let them fill the potholes. But after there re done it will be like new. What you showed me makes sense. Patrick remember one thing after we spoke about what, harrison brought to my attention. Remember just do what you been doing .. shit happenes anyone who see’s that will wonder if that was the 100% truth why did it go that way. Every time I see it , it makes less sense more & more. I think your handeling it better then I thought you would. Lol. That’s for sure. Let H do what he’s doing it makes the most sense. Just keep everything you showed me.
