Fraud and disservice to all who repairs appliances, company under grandprarie Texas appliance repair come to find out the phone number is a different number and name Garcias App Repair, I made appt to fix my washer,we were over charged $135.00 for pump which cost 34.99 labor another $135.00= taxs 292 total rip off!, the next day my machine started making noise called them he said I need to replace the board on washer I said No this never happen, the door was loose inform them they need to come fix the door,he showed up and refused to tighen the door but wanted to change the lock on the machine I told him NO he said it would cost me another $150.00 he was not fixing door to not call him anymore lose his number, they did this so he can come back to charge us for something else, I am reporting this company to the BBB and inform every one of there tatics.FRAUD FRAUD what a nightmare!

My old washing machine was leaking and I thought that I needed to throw it away. But repairman from Garcia's appliance (he didn't say his name) was able to fix it for some hours. The service was prompt and courteous. Thank you!

After having a nightmare service I was recommended to call Garcia's Appliance. I still needed to repair my new washer machine and a dryer. They fix all in 4 days. Dryer for free! It was amaising. I'll be hiring them again!
