These Guys Are ABSOLUTELY THE BEST
Beware of this Company!!
I called them out to Come Clean very Minor spots on my Shag Rug. They told me that They. had many Years of experience. My experience was a absolute HEADACHE. When they came out and cleaned it, they used WAY to much water. They Ruined my rug, it smells like MILDEW and stinks so bad I have to get rid of it. They charged $65 and didn’t even get the Minor stains out. They Do NOT know what they are doing. One of the techs came out 3X to come and dry my rug and spray Enzimes on it because of the mildew smell, and he was unsuccessful. When I Let management know about how unsatisfied I was with the Experience and how they ruined my rug, all they had to say for it was , OH OK, No problem!! ??, they did not offer to pay for my rug , or didn’t even offer to give me back my money I wasted. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
