Joe's Movers

The moved itself was ok, but he forgot pieces of my bed frame in his truck. He called the next day to offer to meet and hand them over, and then didn't show! I still can't get ahold of him. My bed frame is useless without these pieces!!!

The worst movers ever, they increased the price by the time they arrived to pick up the furniture, refused to move some furniture they agreed about moving it from beginning, the most disgusting is stealing some expensive items and when I called the owner to ask him about my missing items, he didn’t respond and never heard from him.
Unprofessional people to deal with.

Joe tried to reschedule my move the day before I had to be out of my apartment. He finally said they could do it, but it would be later than planned. When I called a couple of hours before their arrival time to double-confirm, the call went to voicemail. I called at the scheduled arrival time and "this voicemail box is full." Ditto when I called an hour later. Joe never called, emailed, or texted. It took me 4 hours - on a Saturday night - to find someone available to move me the next day - and I was then in violation of my rental agreement with my apartment complex. I have never heard back from Joe. Any time I know of someone moving in the Worcester area, I will warn them away from this unethical person who has no concern for how he negativity impacts other people's lives.

This group did the unthinkable...they did not show up for my move....and I got no phone call, no text message, nothing....talk about unethical!! I had to do a hardship move the next day, a Sunday, and it cost me $1900.00 for a one bedroom apartment. They should not be allowed to do that to anyone again!

This is the most unethical company I have ever dealt with! They charged me twice as much as what was quoted and only did half the job! Joe, the owner, was friendly at first, but ended up being a bully and outright lied about finishing the job. I am a single mom and he scammed me!!
