The reviews below me are obviously fake reviews. If you don't believe me, search their reviews on Yelp. I called this man, Will, because my washer wasn't working. He came over with his partner and they were cursing at each other the entire time while disassembling the washing machine. He told me what part they needed and said he "had one in the car" and he could fix it quickly if I wanted, I said yes. They finished the job and told me not to run the washing machine for a day. I waited as instructed, and when I tried to use the machine it behaved the same exact way it did BEFORE they even came to "fix" it. I called Will and he said he would come the next day. The following day, I call to check in and see when he was coming and he said: "he can't make it, it will have to be the next day." Long story short, every single day I spoke with him he would say he was coming the next day. Two weeks later, and I am still stuck with a broken washing machine and $250 less in my bank account. Crooks.
I love the professionalism and friendly attitude to people who hire them. I am definitely satisfied with both job and stuff. 5 stars!
