Tommy and his crew did a great job on my carport. I had priced out materials to do the job myself, then I figured out how many hours it would take a couple skilled professionals to complete the job. With that, I came up with a figure I would be comfortable paying.

I contacted Tommy, he came out the next day to survey the job and told me he would get me a quote the next day, which he did and it matched to the penny what I figured the job would cost.

I gave him a downpayment (which covered material costs) and he came back a few days later with a crew and knocked the job out in a day. Overall, I am very happy with the finished result and would use Tommy again if/when the need arises

Paid Tommy to complete a wall for our home. Paid for the materials up front, he showed up to “start” the job and never seen Tommy again.

Took him to court. Judge ruled in our favor.
Still nothing from Tommy.
Dude is worthless, and works the system. Researching back he is known not to complete work our pay his business bills.

Word of advice. Don’t do business with Tommy - Vice Versa or whatever alias he is calling the business.

Tommy and his crew at Vice Versa Construction did a great job on our driveway and Retaining Wall overhaul. Both were in bad shape and well overdue for update .Tommy is very knowledgeable professional and was able to overcome the challenges updating a 100 year old home in hyde park overall Tommy and The Vice Versa Construction co did a first class job and we will be reaching out to them again for future projects

Date 6-5-20 The Vice Versa Construction Company has been great working partner on my projects. Presently they are demoing the entire interior structure for me located in the west end of Cincinnati , Tommy La Villa has been great to work with , very reliable and produces results . I have used Vice versa Construction in the past will continue to use them now and in future .

Vice Versa Construction walked off the job with over $11,0000 up front monies. When the bank or the owner would not give him any more funds until sufficient work was completed to justify additional funding the contractor walked off the job. The bank stated there was only 1 % of work completed and no more funds would be released. The company falsified an invoice to the bank claiming they had paid for a water tap when in fact the owner wrote a personal check. The paperwork nor the check were ever taken to the township for processing by the contractor. Billing included numerous hours for adm work. Trips to the county for permit information and other areas. Owner was able to get the information needed with two phone calls that lasted for approximately 3 minutes each. The contractor billed for hundreds of dollars for this work which was completely falsified information

The VICE VERSA CONSTRUCTION CO: Lady was a night mare she owes us money still this day the 11k she gave us we worked for it was for 2 months of work every day plus materials and labor , I didnt really even want to do her job because in the pre construction process I had a bad feeling about Karen Royer so did my other foremen, but we decided to help them out they couldn't find anyone to work for them ,we parted ways before things got bad we typed and sent a formal letter of resignation and returned all her docs and check to water works back to her at her work Bethel Tate Schools we have made numerous response letters on her dealing with people to Ohio attorney office they are actually investigating her now
