We Hired TOMMY and THE VICE VERSA CONSTRUCTION CO to do some floor Drains and CONCRETE curbs and slabs and repairs , they did a amazing work from start to finish. WE will definitely be using them again for future work , at The Brewery in The OTR downtown Cincinnati.
We hired Tommy The VICE Versa Construction Co to build out Elevated bridge to the third Story for new Tenant entrance from parking lot . They were amazing from start to finish even thru harsh weather conditions in winter .
If you want the job done right, and at the reasonable price, hire Tommy as he'll do so. We were very happy with his work.

Tommy and his crew did a great job on my carport. I had priced out materials to do the job myself, then I figured out how many hours it would take a couple skilled professionals to complete the job. With that, I came up with a figure I would be comfortable paying.
I contacted Tommy, he came out the next day to survey the job and told me he would get me a quote the next day, which he did and it matched to the penny what I figured the job would cost.
I gave him a downpayment (which covered material costs) and he came back a few days later with a crew and knocked the job out in a day. Overall, I am very happy with the finished result and would use Tommy again if/when the need arises
Paid Tommy to complete a wall for our home. Paid for the materials up front, he showed up to “start” the job and never seen Tommy again.
Took him to court. Judge ruled in our favor.
Still nothing from Tommy.
Dude is worthless, and works the system. Researching back he is known not to complete work our pay his business bills.
Word of advice. Don’t do business with Tommy - Vice Versa or whatever alias he is calling the business.
