So, you want to start that project, or at least get an idea of what it'll take & how much it will cost. Perhaps I can be of help. I do nearly all phases of building and handyman work and have the skill & resources to get your job done on time and on budget. I'm also an experienced consultant with a depth of industry & life experience matched by very few, so I may very well be able to give you some ideas and/or solutions you may not have previously considered. If you'll allow me, I'll meet with you in person and give you my opinion of what will be needed. Together we can develop and define the scope of work, a projected time schedule for completion, as well as a budget for the cost. This will be done without charge or obligation. Before I leave you'll have plenty of information you didn't have before. Where things go from there is entirely up to you, and obtaining second opinions is encouraged.
