Saving the customer's wallet from those pricey tow truck charges, and offering affordable, on site labor rates, roadside service, or even adding a little extra muscle to a vintage car. However, we also offer affordable towing of the vehicle, or equipment, to our fully furnished repair shop if the job is too large to tackle on site, or if the customer simply would prefer it that way. Flat rates for roadside and home service calls are very affordable, and negotiable based on the location. Labor rates are generally half price of the average flat rate, or flag hours, that local repair shops charge and are also negotiable. We offer onsite mechanical, as well as computer diagnostics to be sure the right parts are acquired to get the job done right the first time. We can shop out the most affordable, nearest parts for customer convenience. The customer may also provide parts after the initial diagnosis if they prefer to personally provide parts and materials needed for the job. Labor is under warranty. In the event the customer has an issue with the work that was performed, we will verify that the quality of labor caused the issue and warranty the labor. Free of additional labor charges.
