Hello! My name is Jesse. I am 32 years old and I have worked with computers since I was 13. I provide not only top notch computer troubleshooting, but also kindness and patience for the not so computer savvy out there that want to learn and might be having trouble.

I'd like to let you know that I pride myself on being understanding, patient, knowledgeable, and very kind. As a computer guy, it's important for me to understand that I have to talk clearly and It's my goal to have you understand what I'm doing or what I've done to fix your problem. I understand that maybe you aren't as computer savvy as you like to be so I make sure to be patient and hear you out so that we fix all of the problems you are having. :)

If you are having a computer problem you can either drop the computer off with me or I can come to you. If you want me to, I will walk you through the problem and what steps I took to fix it. If you are trying to learn to do something specific (Such as transferring pictures, emailing, Microsoft Word documents) I will show you the easiest way to do it, and then I will repeat those steps for you until you feel comfortable enough to do them by yourself when I leave. :)
