Jeff Contractor is a crook. He is currently being prosecuted for acting as an unlicensed contractor in Anne Arundel county. His MO is to try to win your trust before overcharging you. He will also try to convince you to pay for work that is not needed. He stopped showing up for a job that I had paid a large deposit on, after I refused such a job.

Type of services: Re-attach fallen or detached gutters. Material of current gutters: Aluminum. Length of damaged gutters (in feet): 1-25. Number of stories: Three-story building. Start of services: I'm flexible. Additional info: Water was coming over the end of gutter. I had them cleaned and asked to have the pich checked. The crew that arrived didn't have the right equipment. They cleaned the gutters, but the problem still presits. The water pour's onto the ground by my basement door, causing the door to have rotted and consitant water in basement. The gutter appears to be in good condition..
