I had tons of crap I needed out of my basement, my attic and got quotes from others at $360-500 to have it removed, I called JBS in Humboldt park and explained my financial situation, the stress I was under and the lady negotiated a price with me that was fair, the guys came and got rid of all the things, quick in and out
Today Angie came, I did 2 bath 2 bedroom for clean up for them she clean good and fast, she put away clothes and was very nice with $35 discount for being new. Good job

This morning I had Lucille appointed to clean my 1 br/ba, she moved my couches out of spot to get the dust and mop and moved it back to where it belongs, rolled up my area rug to clean under as well and did an excellente job unfortunately they did not wash the dishes because I booked the $45 spring clean special and said it would be an additional $15 if I wanted extra service....seems fair I suppose.
Honest work, on time and friendly, the lady worked out a better rate than what I was originally quoted and overall I am satisfied.
