WORST COMPANY EVER! So dishonest; they have no clue on what they're doing. We paid $265 and still have the same issue with our refrigerator. Won't even provide a detailed receipt. Have so many different phone numbers (I'm sure they have to change it multiple times because of previous customers hunting them down). I should've known when "KENNY" showed up in a beater of a car with no signs on it and one tool in his hand. We've filed with the Attorney General's office and are filing a court case. Writing this so that no one else is out the money, stress and time like we are.
K&j Appliance Repair: this is the same person for 6 different reviews we are not a warranty company were in your terms says if its not fixed they reopalce sorry they are not living up to there word we did are part your insurance company should've token care you an also on the repair you never aniciated a second time to come out or attepted to call also no filed attorney general office at all
Worst company ever. Very unprofessional and lacks basic costumers service skills. K&J came out to diagnosis the issue with my refrigerator and said it would take about a week for the part. I called them after a week and was told that the part was in 2 days ago, and K&J forgot to call to schedule an appointment. When they showed up to install the part after 2 no calls no shows, they ordered the wrong part for a different model. Still not fixed
K&j Appliance Repair: this is not on company Samsung fridges have 3 different model numbers to the machine we were patient to get paid nothing an also got a bad review an brought back 137 dollar part that we were stuck with cuz we had to cancel
SCAM!Worst excuse of a business that I have ever had to deal with. Home warranty comp referred us & the tech came on 9/10, we paid our part, he diagnosed the issue & advised the office of the part needed to fix our dishwasher. We spoke to the lady in the office over the next week & she told us that the part would be in that day or the following day (9/20 or 9/21) & would schedule us for Monday (9/29). That was the last we heard from her. We called many times a day & left msgs until the mailbox was full. 6 weeks later our warranty comp (10/23) because we thought they went out of business & a rep contacted K&J & girl answered & said that she would sched our appt for Thur. I called K&J, the girl answered & gave me a story about their phones being down. She made an appt for the tech to come to our home on 10/25 & he did not show nor did we rcv a call. I called that evening & was given another excuse & told that he would be there the next day by noon - still not here 10/26.

Too bad I can’t give them zero stars. My home warranty company sent them out diagnosed the problem. Said it would take 30 days for the part. I called two weeks later to see if maybe the part came in was told they didn’t work with my warranty company anymore. Called the warranty company and my claim was closed because K and J said they fixed it. A month later still no refrigerator.
