My name is Rose Fortune I'm the CEO of Lucky fortune Cleaning Service, I have been service and cleaning for 6 years, I been cleaning all types of resident houses /small offices, Airbnb houses/vacation home for family. Excellent cleaning service, personable and attentive. Highly recommended.
Rose does a good job but her attitude leaves a lot to be desired. She is unprofessional and inflexible. Though she agreed to accept payment a few days after her cleaning to align with when we get paid, she proceeds to hound us for her payment, while in the middle of preparing dinner. We’ve known her for a few years now and ALWAYS pay her. Turns it into a dramatic scene…We had difficulty creating a new cash app account with a new number that was linked to the previous owner of the number. My wife suggests venmo Zelle paypal Apple Pay. Fortunately she agreed to accept venmo and we were able to pay her. 2 weeks later she ghosts us when she previously agreed to come clean every 2 weeks. When we text her to ask if she is planning to come the following day, we don’t receive a response. She is a no show. If you are hiring a housekeeper maybe you don’t have the time to maintain your house. We both work full time with 2 young kids. She never hesitates to point out the house is dirty. I know!
