The only reason Elite Pro is getting 2 stars instead of 1 is because the crew sent to us was quick and efficient. However, my experience with this company was poor from the start. The day before the move I was expecting a call to confirm our 10am appointment for the following day. Mike insisted that I did not have anything scheduled with him, and that I hadn’t booked through them because he didn’t have anything on file for me. 10 minutes of panicking later I find out that everything is scheduled as it should be. They changed our move time from 10 to 9, so my husband and I got up the following morning at 6 and prepped everything. 9 comes and goes, 10 comes and goes, and they finally show up at 10:50. I was expecting a 26 foot truck and I’m almost positive we got a 17 foot truck. It didn’t fit everything, leaving us to get help from friends later. We paid with no fuss because ultimately the job got done, but save the headache and hire someone else.
Was advertised that i would receive a 26 ft moving truck. The movers showed up with. 17ft truck so they had to make 2 trips which made the time double so instead of 1 1/2 hours I was being charged for 3. The second trip was made during rush hour. I texted and called Mike and he read my message but did not retrun my call or text. The movers placed my salon stations upside down so now 3 out of 4 are damaged because the pieces that holds my mirrors are snapped in half and are not good so i have no clue how we are going to reattach the mirrors. I will research who I need to contact to figure out who is going to replace my salon stations that are of no use now. Then when it was time to pay, Elite Movers is not who moved me. Mike sent someone else to me.
