Guys were fantastic nice gentlemen they took care of my items and were both quick and careful
Did not show up, ignores calls. Just find someone else like I had to
Don not use this company.. they didn't show up on first day. Second day scheduled for 5pm then asked to come early. Decided at 1 but showed up at 12:55 after 1 hour half loading and unloading they took full 1 hours amount and asked to come again for another 1 hour fee and never showed up.. Pathetic I wish I could give negative stars
DO NOT USE!! AVOID THIS COMPANY!!! Movers never showed for scheduled appointment and the owner wouldn’t even bother to let us know anything and wouldn’t answer/respond to our calls and texts.
DO NOT USE THESE MOVERS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES! Scheduled move a week in advanced. Text me the morning of to confirm the move which I replied (so far so good) Once I arrived at the move site I called again to confirm arrival time which they did. 45 mins past that time I call again and I get a text saying they are running another 20 mins behind. They finally show up 65+ past time, no apology or professionalism at all. Only reminder they made is about tipping them (eye roll). Everything packed up very sloppy, no real care in wrapping or securing items. Took a good amount of items down myself and had to take the TV in my own vehicle because they didn't have a proper way to secure it. Get back to my place to unload. can't even be bothered to put the bed together without charging me extra, said they are running late to the next appointment. Very disappointing move, spend a little more and get pros who take pride in what they do.
